Shipping Policy:

• Delivery time: 90% of deliveries are made within 10 working days
• Order Processing Times: Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. This usually takes from a few hours to one business day. If an order is received after 5pm, it will be processed the next day. Orders are processed regardless of holidays and weekends.
• Domestic and International Shipping Options: Delivery is made by courier companies UPC, USPS, etc
• Shipping Costs: We ship free of charge, but paid shipping options may be offered upon payment of your order.
• Payment Terms: Payment for paid shipping is possible while paying for the order in checkout.

Return Policy:

• Eligibility: Damaged goods, goods that have not been unpacked within 14 days of delivery, goods that have been purchased with additional damage insurance can be returned.
• Timeframe: Refund terms will depend on the selected payment system and vary from 1 to 30 business days.
• Process: In the event of a return, contact me at cosyclaws@gmail.com further instructions will be sent for returning the item.
• Refunds: Refunds will be made in accordance with the refund policy.

XS - Chest Girth: 32cm, Back Length:20cm for dogs about 0.5-1.5kg
S - Chest Girth: 37 cm, Back Length:25cm for dogs about 1.5-2.5kg
M - Chest Girth: 42cm, Back Length:30cm for dogs about 2.5-4kg
L - Chest Girth: 47 cm, Back Length: 35cm for dogs about 4-5.5kg
XL - Chest Girth: 52cm, Back Length: 40cm for dogs about 5.5-6.5kg
2XL - Chest Girth: 60cm, Back Length: 42cm for dogs about 6.5-9kg
3XL - Chest Girth: 70cm, Back Length: 55 cm for dogs about 9-15kg
4XL - Chest Girth: 82 cm, Back Length: 62 cm for dogs about 15-25kg
5XL - Chest Girth: 92cm, Back Length: 70 cm for dogs about 25-40kg
