Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label, free of charge. You will be responsible for securely packaging the item and dropping it off at your nearest postal service location.
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the refund eligibility criteria. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
